Can’t get enough matcha in your life? You’re in luck. Another green tea cafe is coming to Kerrisdale this month. The popular Japanese cafe known as Nana’s Green Tea is opening their very first North American location in Vancouver.
While the city has seen an influx of places offering matcha, this spot will go the extra mile by offering other Asian-style desserts like Hoji-cha (roasted green tea) Azuki (red bean) and Kurogoma (black sesame).

Its epic menu has everything from lattes, sodas, frappes, parfaits, floats and brewed teas. Try their matcha lattes with rice-flour dumplings and matcha ice cream on top. If you’re looking to further indulge, order up their matcha parfait, matcha chiffon cake or matcha Swiss roll. Try their Azuki bean latte or black sesame latte to kick it up a notch.
Nana’s Green Tea also has a variety of savoury eats including rice bowls with tuna, ground chicken, salmon roe or hashed beef (just to name a few).
