Handicap Parking Stall Confusion
The photo of the car parked at Home Depot in Richmond was uploaded to Facebook by Mark Mansfield.
“This one gets the Golden Buzzer” reads his caption.
According to the post, the driver of the second vehicle disappeared for hours leaving the handicapped person unable to get into their vehicle despite several announcements made over the PA system.
Frustrating to say the least.
