A complete Thanksgiving dinner without spending the day in the kitchen
The centrepiece of the feast is a fresh, herb-marinated whole roasted turkey prepared by The Westin Bayshore’s culinary team.
From there, the menu brings together all the Thanksgiving favourites, including mushroom bisque, creamy Yukon Gold mashed potatoes and apple brioche stuffing with dried apricots and cranberries.
Seasonal sides include rosemary and maple-glazed root vegetables, honey-roasted Brussels sprouts with cranberries, house-made cranberry sauce and rich turkey gravy. Freshly baked rosemary brioche rolls with butter complete the savoury spread.
And yes, dessert is taken care of too. The meal finishes with a Pumpkin Butterscotch Tart, made with a sweet vanilla crust and topped with Chantilly cream, candied pumpkin seeds, butterscotch chips and Skor bits. It adds a little extra indulgence to the classic pumpkin dessert while still feeling very much like fall.
The Whole Roasted Turkey Dinner & Fixings is $409 and serves eight to 10 guests, making it an easy option for families, groups of friends or anyone hosting a larger Thanksgiving gathering without spending the day cooking.

For smaller celebrations, H Tasting Lounge is also offering its Carvery to Go, a more intimate take on the Thanksgiving feast.
Priced at $60 per person, the Carvery to Go is available for groups of two to six and includes a complete turkey dinner with all the holiday favourites, plus dessert, portioned and ready to enjoy at home.
It’s an easy option for couples, smaller households or anyone looking to celebrate Thanksgiving without committing to cooking a full turkey dinner.
Whether you choose the full Turkey Takeout or the smaller Carvery to Go, both options make it easy to bring home a complete Thanksgiving meal without spending the day in the kitchen.
When to pick up your Thanksgiving dinner
Thanksgiving Turkey Takeout will be available for pickup from H Tasting Lounge at The Westin Bayshore on Sunday, October 11, 2026.
Both the Whole Roasted Turkey Dinner & Fixings and Carvery to Go can be picked up between 1 p.m. and 6 p.m.
With Canadian Thanksgiving falling on Monday, October 12, the Sunday pickup gives you the option to have everything ready to go before the holiday itself.
Pre-orders are required, and with Thanksgiving just days away, anyone hoping to skip the cooking will want to place their order soon.
