The iconic Tempura Tendon Hannosuke Tokyo is opening its very first Canadian location, in Vancouver. It’s known worldwide for its tempura served over a bowl of rice.
If you haven’t tried it, once you do—you’ll keep going back for more. The brand has a plethora of eateries across Japan and also some in Taiwan and the U.S. (including Hawaii, Chicago and California).
While a date hasn’t been revealed yet, we’re pretty excited for this legendary addition to the downtown core, conveniently located on Robson Street.
A menu also hasn’t been released but if it’s anything like other locations—it’ll be a hit. Some of the most popular items include tempura made up of shrimp, chicken, kakiage, edomae and more.
They’ll also offer tempura plates and boxes—so if you like all things tempura, put this on your foodie bucket list ASAP.
Stay tuned for any further updates!
