Surrey RCMP just arrested a man that was allegedly caught exposing himself and masturbating in public.
At approximately 6:41 pm, on April 28th, 2018, an adult male was witnessed walking with his genitals exposed. In addition, he appeared to masturbate in Guildford Heights Park, at 155 Street and 101A Avenue.
The suspect was described as a Caucasian male in his mid 30’s, approximately 6’ tall, weighing approximately 174 lbs. At the time of the incident the suspect was wearing a black leather jacket, grey hoodie, a white t-shirt, and jeans.

Photos were obtained by a witness who contacted the police; however, no name will be released at this time as charges have yet to be laid.
The investigation is ongoing.
