Springtime Nail Art Ideas For Vancouverites

Springtime Nail Art Ideas For Vancouverites

Even though the first day of Spring is still a few weeks away, that doesn’t mean you can’t be doing spring themed things. Specifically, for me, this is a chance to try out new nail art designs. So for anyone who wants to be able to do some springtime manicures at home, here are five nail art design tutorials to watch.

Nail Art for St. Patrick’s Day

St. Patrick’s Day is approaching soon, as well. In this tutorial, there are five different St. Patrick’s Day inspired nail art designs. You can use all the designs, or one, or mix and match two or three together.

Textured Butterfly Wings

This tutorial shows you how to create a butterfly wing design. The nail polish being used is textured, but you don’t have to specifically use a textured polish. A regular polish could be used and you can switch up the colours of the wings, too.

Colourful Floral Nails

Spring is a time when flowers start to bloom, so it makes sense to have a floral design, as well. You can mix up the colours used in this design, but it’s simple and easy because all you need is nail polish and a few toothpicks.

Dotticure Nail Art

This design can also be done with only some nail polishes and a few toothpicks. Change up the colours, or even the pattern, and use the toothpick to create the dots in this design.

Bokeh Nail Art

This bokeh themed nail art design uses pastel and spring-like colours to create a unique design. You can change the colours, but the method to create the blurred out affect of translucent bokeh’s will be the same.
