Social Corner Coal Harbour Launches New Brunch Menu

Coal Harbour just got a new reason to get excited about weekends. Social Corner, the flagship restaurant of Per Se Hospitality Group, has now launched brunch and the menu is designed to turn ordinary mornings into something unforgettable.

Since opening earlier this fall, Social Corner has been buzzing with energy. It’s the kind of place where the music, the atmosphere, and the food all come together to create a vibe that feels bigger than just another restaurant. Think European café culture meets a playful, modern Vancouver crowd. Now, that personality is being poured into the city’s favourite mealtime: brunch.

A Brunch Built for Connection

“Brunch is about connection,  friends, family, and community coming together,” says Fabrizio “Fab” Foz, founder of Per Se Hospitality Group. “After an incredible grand opening, our team wanted to create another reason for Vancouver to make Social Corner their go-to spot.”

For Fabbri, brunch isn’t just about eggs and coffee, it’s about creating a social experience that lives up to the restaurant’s name. Expect a lively room filled with big plates, flowing drinks, and a crowd that’s ready to linger.

Dishes Worth Talking About

The brunch menu balances comfort with sophistication, offering everything from hearty mains to lighter, European-inspired options.

  • The Brunch Burger: Already set to be the talk of the table. An 8oz hand-ground organic Alberta beef patty topped with a sunny-side-up egg, truffle aioli, melted fontina, and syrah caramelized onions on a fresh brioche bun. Limited quantities will be available each day, with the option to add crumbled bacon or Grade A Quebec foie gras.

  • Avocado + Sourdough: A refined take on the classic, served with organic extra virgin olive oil and heritage greens, plus the option to add two poached eggs.

  • Eggs Benedicts: Served on fresh artisanal ciabatta with hollandaise, roasted potatoes, and heritage greens. Options include Prosciutto Cotto, Brasato Beef, Vegetarian, Smoked Salmon, and Dungeness Crab.

  • Brunch Bravas: Double-cooked potatoes topped with poached eggs, spicy marinara, hollandaise, smoked paprika, and chipotle aioli. Add bacon, braised beef, or avocado to make it your own.

  • Spanish Breakfast: A hearty plate featuring grilled Spanish chorizo, kaffir lime mint yogurt, sunny-side-up eggs, and the restaurant’s signature Spanish-style potatoes.

Cocktails & More

No Vancouver brunch is complete without a drink list that’s just as tempting as the food.

  • Social Corner Caesar: A bold twist on the Canadian classic with clamato, olive brine, Tabasco, Worcestershire, horseradish, and a house seasoning rim.

  • Mimosas: Served in multiple flavours, orange, passionfruit, pineapple, pomegranate, or cranberry.

  • Aperitivo Spritz: Aperol, prosecco, soda, and orange bitters for a light, refreshing sip.

Non-drinkers can also join the fun with Odd Bird Mimosas (non-alcoholic sparkling with the same juice options), the house-made La Dolce Vita mocktail, or freshly pressed juices like orange, pineapple, pomegranate, and tomato.

A New Chapter for Per Se Hospitality

Brunch at Social Corner isn’t just another menu addition, it’s part of a bigger story for Per Se Hospitality Group. The team has been steadily growing its footprint in Vancouver’s dining scene, with Social Corner as its flagship and Ciclo Café & Cocktail Bar also expanding in Coal Harbour.

Together, these restaurants are shaping a new wave of hospitality in the city: stylish, approachable, and always social.

Brunch service launches this October at Social Corner Coal Harbour. Reservations are recommended.
