Shangri-La Hotel is closing its signature restaurant MARKET by Jean-Georges on January 1st. The move will make way for an all-new concept in April 2020.
The new foodie destination will feature all the same culinary talent found at Jean-Georges but with an entirely different experience
There will be a new dining and cocktail menu and even an afternoon tea service. The cuisine will continue to celebrate all of the region’s flavours with seasonal farm-to-table ingredients.
It will also include a bar, lounge, and several private dining rooms. While minimal details are available now—we’re sure it’ll be a hit.
As for Jean-Georges, it will go out with a bang—with a special dinner service on their final night, on New Year’s Eve.
The menu will feature Jean-Georges greatest dishes, with a special focus on seafood.
