Police Need Help To Find Sex Offender Who Didn’t Return To His Halfway House

Police are asking for the public’s help to find Dale Rolland Alexander, 47, a high-risk sex offender, who failed to return to his Vancouver halfway house on Thursday, August 1st.

Alexander is now unlawfully at large and wanted Canada-wide for breaching his long-term supervision order. He was last seen yesterday morning and his current whereabouts are unknown.

The 47-year-old is a two-time federal offender who completed a jail sentence for sexual assault, kidnapping, and uttering threats.

When he was released from jail, Alex was given a long-term supervision order that requires him to live at a halfway house.

Alexander is described Metis, about 5’10”, and 175 pounds, with a shaved head, blue eyes, and glasses. He was last seen wearing a black long-sleeved shirt, black track pants, grey runners, and a gray backpack.
