Surrey Residents Win PNE Prize Home Valued At $1.6 Million

This year’s lucky winners of the 2017 Grand Prize Home Package at the PNE are residents of Surrey.

Andy Bachelor and Ming Lee won a gorgeous “west-coast” styled home valued at over $1.6 million.  

In a release from the PNE, the organizers said that, “Within its three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and floor-to-ceiling living space, this ENERGY STAR certified home designed by Freeport Industries, includes an entertainment lounge and home theatre room and comes fully furnished with the latest appliances and furniture design provided by Lane Home Furnishings, a division of Yaletown Interiors, and Coast Appliances.”

The release also states that this year’s fair at the PNE was one of the most successful of all time. Over the 15 day period they recorded that an impressive figure of 722,466 guests attended.
