The Parisian renowned L’Eclair shop is opening their first North American location in Vancouver this April, on Robson Street.
The éclair is a decadent pastry, made with choux dough filled with cream and then topped off with icing.

L’Éclair de Genie is a pastry shop known for only selling éclairs. This will be their 25th location and the company’s very first North American shop.
Christophe Adam first opened the pastry concept L’Éclair de Genie in 2012.
