Per Se Hospitality Group is setting a new tone in downtown Vancouver with the grand opening of Ciclo Café + Cocktail Bar, its new flagship space bringing all-day European rhythm to Coal Harbour.
Located at the base of the MNP Tower (1020 West Cordova), the new Ciclo is now open and introduces a full cocktail program for the first time. It’s a bold evolution for the brand, known for its espresso bars and Panino Portas. Now, it moves effortlessly from morning coffee to aperitivo hour, all under one artfully designed roof.
A Contemporary Take on 17th-Century Spanish Charm
Founder Fabrizio Foz drew inspiration from a 17th-century tavern in Seville, Spain, working with Mansouri Design + Build to bring that warm, welcoming spirit to life in a modern West Coast context. Think mosaic flooring, custom chandeliers and sconces, and a café-lounge layout that spills into the sleek lobby of MNP Tower.
The vibe? Elegant, yet casual. Designed for downtown professionals, residents, and visitors alike to linger, recharge, or meet up.
All-Day, Any Mood
With seating for up to 80 guests, Ciclo is designed to match your pace. Whether you’re popping in for a single-origin espresso, meeting over lunch with a Panino Porta, or winding down with an Espresso Martini (your choice: vodka or tequila), the menu flows as naturally as the space.
The cocktail program is central to the Coal Harbour location, featuring both reimagined classics and original concoctions that highlight seasonal ingredients, in-house coffee infusions, and zero-proof options.
Gelato by James Joins the Party
In a delicious twist, Ciclo is also debuting a rotating selection of exotic gelato flavours, created in collaboration with Gelato by James, the visionary behind Bella Gelateria. Expect small-batch, handcrafted scoops that lean adventurous, nostalgic, and hyper-seasonal.
More Than a Café
This flagship location signals the start of a new era for Ciclo. While every future location will have its own distinct feel, the brand’s ethos will stay rooted in cultural fluidity, sharp design, and a level of hospitality that resists labels.
It’s a place you can start your day, end your evening, or do both without ever needing to leave
