Menya Itto has been a popular ramen restaurant according to Japanese consumers for quite some time, securing a bronze Tabelog Award many times over.
The restaurant recently opened its first North American location in Vancouver.

Menya Itto had its soft opening on Wednesday, March 16 at 1479 Robson St and is open daily for lunch and dinner. However, getting a seat may be a challenge.
The chef’s only prepare a specific amount of broth per day to ensure it’s perfect.
As a result, a maximum of 60 people are served per day, 30 at lunch and another 30 at dinner.
The restaurant does not accept reservations, and operates on a first come first serve basis.
