Gyoza Bar is stepping up their brunch game with its pulled pork eggs benny on a bao and a breakfast ramen dish of epic proportions.
We can never have enough brunch spots, and this joint offers Japanese-inspired breakfast dishes that are to die for.
They’re launching an Instagram-worthy Sunday brunch starting in March. It will feature a one-of-a-kind pulled pork eggs benny, on a bao instead of the traditional English muffin. It’s topped off with a maple miso hollandaise sauce, pickled jalapenos, onions and a kimchi corn hash.

But that’s not all. Their brunch menu also includes a breakfast take on ramen.
Dig into house-made noodles, fresh greens and a smoked soy chicken broth ramen topped off with breakfast stapes: bacon and eggs.
The eatery is all about Japanese-style dumplings, tapas, sake and more. Their new brunch offerings will surely be a welcome addition to downtown Vancouver.
