There’s bunny yoga, puppy yoga, kitten yoga and perhaps one of the most popular—goat yoga. One farm in the Fraser Valley has got it right. Yoga + Goats is a winning combination.
Abbotsford’s stunning family-run Maan Farms is picking up on the trend by offering goat yoga right on their farm.
Yoga already promotes wellness and relieves stress, why not add goats to the mix? Hanging out with animals is actually proven to relax you. Goats in particular love being social and likely will be jumping all over during your ‘downward dog.’

After a relaxing yoga session, goat cuddles, and a lot of laughs—receive a cup of Mama Maan’s traditional Indian Chai made with freshly grounded cardamom, fennel, cloves and cinnamon.
The class is suitable for all levels of yogis, so grab your mats and go!
