Get your fill of Afghan/Middle Eastern cuisine at this highly popular spot on Granville Island. They have a $25 set dinner menu that includes an appy option of hearty lamb, hummus or dumplings. Then select your entree from either lamb korma, chicken kebab or a shola plate.
Top it off with dessert—a milk pudding with cardamom spice and ground pistachios. Considering the quantity and quality of the food served, this is a wicked deal.
If you’re looking for a more laid-back eatery for some pub grub—look no further. Plus, might we add this option is only $15. Pick a burger, they have tons—including a BBQ smokehouse, Korean fried chicken, crunchy portobello and more. Then get a side of crinkle cut fries, curly fries, extra dirty fries or a green goddess salad.
Finally you end the meal with something sweet and that’s your choice of flavour in mini donuts—go classic with cinnamon sugar or mix it up a bit with pumpkin spice.
Another meal that will only cost you $15 for three courses. Hit up this spot in Coal Harbour for some delicious Chinese cuisine. Start off with an appy of spicy tofu that’ll hit the spot, before moving onto your entree, a chicken bowl. For dessert, you can indulge in a custard bun.
For $15 you can get a whole lot of food from this Chinatown eatery. Choose your appy: kale salad, cauliflower salad or pulled pork with green beans. For your entree you can get a rice bowl with fried chicken, pork belly or ramen with braised pork. For dessert, what could be better than a coconut panna cotta?
This one is a bit more pricey at $45 but a great deal for the food you’re getting. Start off with a butternut squash coconut curry soup, dungeness crab and baby shrimp cake or a venison carpaccio. Entree options include a herb crusted B.C. salmon, surf and turf or a jumbo tiger prawn pappardelle. For dessert, they have a tasty lemon and rum cheesecake.
A good opportunity to try a variety of dishes from this Gastown spot. For $45, you get six share plates served family-style. They include: pickled mushrooms, beet salad, housemade ricotta and pumpkin seed cracker, seared scallops, pacific rockfish, skirt steak and a chocolate and black tea parfait.

At the end, treat yourself to their chunky chocolate mousse with a cherry reduction or get the honeycrisp apple and pear tart.
