On Thursday morning, an officer from the Delta Police Traffic Unit pulled over an “N” driver for going 134 km/h in an 80 km/h zone on Highway 17.

This new driver was going 134 km/hr in an 80 km/hr on Hwy 17. His vehicle has been impounded for 7 days, received a $368 ticket, with 4 points, and is now designated a high risk driver. #SlowDown pic.twitter.com/JiIiuxDpEL

The driver got his vehicle impounded for seven days and also received a $368 speeding ticket.
In addition, the speeding offence cost the driver four points on his license and is now designated as a high risk driver.
