Canada is the second largest country in the world based on land mass, and is considered to be a safe nation. It even ranked #8 on a list of 162 countries as safest in the world.

Maclean’s has compiled a list of the most dangerous places in Canada in 2019, using information from Statistics Canada, and the results are rather surprising.
