Wire Grill Brush Recall in Canada
The recall concerns Cuisinart Metal Wire Bristle Grill Brushes, which were sold as part of two grill sets. They were sold in Canada between December 2017 and March 2026.
According to the notice, “small metal wire bristles, from certain Cuisinart-branded metal wire bristle grill brushes, can detach from the brushes and stick to the grill or food, posing an ingestion hazard and risk of serious internal injuries that could require surgery.”

Notably, the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries in Canada as of August 26, 2026.
