Not only will visitors get the chance to pet the adult furry creatures, but they’ll also get the chance to hold baby joeys! In addition, guests will learn all about these fascinating mammals.

Kangaroo Farm: Home To Many Adorable Creatures
In addition to kangaroos, wallabies and wallaroos, Kangaroo Creek Farms is also home to sugar gliders, emus, pot-bellied parrots, peacocks, goats and “fancy” chickens. They even have some capybaras, which are fascinating creatures known as the largest rodents in the world!

The centre also has an adorable albino wallaby named Irwin, who takes a starring role in many Instagramable pictures.

The farm’s site notes that guests should refrain from chasing the animals, or petting the roos the way that you would a dog – it is best to simply stroke their backs, rather than petting them back and forth. In addition, the site playfully instructs not to “box the roos.” Evidently, you’ll lose.

The admission for adults is $10, youth under 19 is $5, seniors over 65 is $5, and children under 5 visit free.
For animal lovers looking to go on additional adventures, there is an incredible hike to take in Golden, BC where you walk with wolves! Animal lovers looking to enjoy a meal in the company of cute critters will also enjoy this adorable market with goats literally on the roof overhead.
