Cora Expands To Burnaby With New Restaurant On Kingsway

A new sun will rise in Burnaby as Cora opens doors to its fourth location within metro Vancouver.

The Cora restaurant chain is famous for its all-day breakfast fare that boasts mounds of fresh fruit artfully prepared by on-site specially-trained “fruiters”.

The new restaurant will be situated at 7155 Kingsway, right in between a Menchies and Burger King, and within minutes from the New Westminster borderline.

Cora will be open for business on Monday, April 4, and hosts its official grand opening on April 6 at 9:00 am. President Nicholas Tsouflidis will attend the celebration that will feature the symbolic cracking of eggs for the first omelette,

The Burnaby location is part of a nationwide expansion of the Cora network, making it the 9th in BC. Business hours will be Monday to Saturday from 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Sunday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Madame Cora originated the concept in 1987. Today, Cora is currently the largest sit down breakfast operation in Canada.
