Coquitlam RCMP Caught Jaguar Driver Going 108 km/h In 50 km/h Zone

Over the Victoria Day long weekend, Coquitlam RCMP pulled over the driver of a Jaguar for speeding.

According to police, the driver was caught going 108 km/h in a 50 km/h zone.

“This driver was channeling their inner jaguar driving 108 km/h in a 50 zone southbound on Coast at Patricia in #PortCoquitlam over the long weekend” reads the tweet.

After for the motorists punishment, Coquitlam RCMP say that “their car is caged”, and that they have a hefty ticket and points to pay off.

Earlier this month, the BC Government announced speed cameras will be implemented at 35 intersections across the Lower Mainland.
