Canada Place is doing things a little differently this year.

They are having not one, but two days of festivities to celebrate Canada Day.

Rock out to the music

There’s an impressive lineup of performers on tap for the venue on Canada Day. They include: Sam Roberts, Fefe Dobson, Hey Ocean!, Dragonette, Emerson Drive, Madeline Merlo, The Matinee and more.

Take part in the Citizenship Ceremony

Welcome 150 new Canadians by celebrating the citizenship ceremony, in honour of Canada 150.

Watch the fireworks light up the sky

It’s the event everyone looks forward to. There’s no better way to celebrate the day than by watching the beautiful fireworks light up the night sky.

July 2nd Festivities 

Indulge in a pancake breakfast

Start the day off right with the most important meal of the day. Dig in to some pancakes topped off with Canada’s favourite—Maple Syrup.

Check out the Canada 150 parade

The festivities will conclude with an epic parade celebrating the 150th anniversary of confederation in Canada, throughout downtown Vancouver.
