Rent a Micro Cabin on the Sunshine Coast
The quaint 125-square-foot micro cabin is the perfect spot to escape the city limits and relax in wilderness. The Airbnb is in Robert’s Creek, which is nestled in between Gibsons and Sechelt. Spend a night there for $90 and go for a trail walk nearby, or enjoy the beauty of the beach.
Go Kayaking in Deep Cove
Rent a kayak or bring your own and glide across the water in North Vancouver’s stunning Deep Cove. Rentals cost $39 for 2-hours, $58 for 3-hours or $85 for a full day. If kayaking is not your thing, try out paddle boarding for $35 for 2-hours, $50 for 3-hours or $69 for a full day.
Play at the Water Park in Harrison
The floating water park in Harrison is something you must experience at least once. The cost is $28 per person, except for their twilight rate between 4pm to 6pm which is $20 per person.

Surf the Waves in Tofino
One of the most popular activities to do in Tofino. There’s 35-kms of surf-able beach area to explore. Check out Chesterman Beach, Cox Bay or Long Beach. The Pacific Surf School offers rentals, surf boards cost $20 for 6-hours, $25 for 24-hours or $60 for 3-days. Wet suits follow the same rate system.
Ride the Sea-to-Sky Gondola in Squamish
The 10-minute scenic ride will take you on a beautiful journey 885-meters above sea level. Enjoy sweeping views of Howe Sound, lush forest and the surrounding mountains. Once you get to the top, there’s a viewing platform, suspension bridge, restaurant and lots of hiking trails. The gondola ride costs $38 per person.
Take on White Water Rafting in Golden
Adventure seekers will love white water rafting in Golden. Wet N’ Wild Adventures offers a 3-hour White Water Express experience for $99. It takes you along some awesome rapids on the Kicking Horse River.
Canoe in Field’s Emerald Lake
With its emerald-green water, it is arguably one of the most gorgeous lakes in BC. Located in Field, you can rent a canoe to glide across the peaceful lake. Emerald Sports offers canoe and rowboat rentals for $60 an hour. Canoes can fit up to three people.
