If you’re looking to avoid the crowds but have the same amount of fun, Bridal Falls Waterpark is the place to be.
It’s conveniently located right off the Trans Canada Highway outside of Chilliwack – just an hour drive from Vancouver. It opens for the season on June 25th, and is open daily from 11AM – 6PM.

The park has four advanced slides, two intermediate slides, and one tube slide. It also has five kiddie slides and water play areas.

Every slide has heated water that goes up to 80 degrees Fahrenheit, and the park boasts a ginormous hot tub as well.
The best part? The waterpark is naturally situated on a hill, so there are no strenuous stairs to climb.
If you wanted to make a day trip out of the slides, Bridal Veil Falls Provincial Park is a simple 15 minutes from the waterpark. You can explore the magnificent, 60 metre waterfall, which creates a ‘veil-like’ effect. The area is surrounded by lush mountains and valleys.
