| Sprouting Up Ramen | Ramen love with you 😍🍜🥬🤤 ========================================== 🍽| Jinya Ramen Bar // @jinyaramenbar 📍| 541 Robson Street // Vancouver, BC 💰| $17.30 ========================================== Next up on the ramen train is Jinya, a chain ramen bar that takes pride in their signature stocks that are slowly simmered for more than ten hours, combining whole pork bones, chicken, a combination of bonito, dashi, kombu and other authentic ingredients. This rich broth, as well as their noodles that are aged for three days, maximizes the amount of flavour packed in the ramen. This was actually the first ramen dish I had in Vancouver and I decided to spruce things up with their ‘Sprouting Up Ramen’ which is a pork and chicken broth that came with: pork chashu, kikurage, spicy bean sprouts, green onion, a half seasoned egg, crispy brussels sprouts, black pepper, ginger, and served with thick noodles. The pork chashu was literally a melt-in-your-mouth experience and I’ve never had pork this tender before. That, combined with their fragrant broth and thick noodles, made this ramen dish one of the best ones I have ever had. With locations throughout the US and Canada, you cannot go wrong with this ramen chain. .
