A popular spot in the city, Earnest serves up some delicious flavours including their regulars: London Fog, Matcha Green Tea and Chocolate Almond Toffee. Seasonal flavours include: Pumpkin Pie, Toasted Marshmallow and Gingerbread. They also have a variety of vegan flavours including: Coconut Lime, Maple Walnut and Lemon. Nice Vice

Nice Vice: Bringing Dairy-Free Ice Cream To Yaletown

Referred to as “nice” cream, this is a plant-based vegan take on the classic dessert. Using 0% dairy, it’s hard to believe how similar it is to ice cream (and tasty too!) Still new to Vancouver, they’re making their name known with a wide variety of flavours including: Passonfruit Hibiscus, Earl Grey, Chili Chocolate, Watermelon Mint and Chocolate Lavender. Located at 1022 Mainland Street. Can also be purchased through Spud.ca, Be Fresh Local Market, Organic Acres and Whole Foods.

Rain or Shine Ice Cream

It’s always time for ice cream at this shop that offers delicious flavours including: Blueberry Balsamic, Cracked Mint, Coffee Toffee and Coconut Chocolate Chunk. Seasonal flings (flavours) include: Pina Colada, Lemon Curd, Brown Butter Snickerdoodle, Strawberry Jam Swirl and Raspberry Rhubarb Oat Streusel. Located at 3382 Cambie Street and 1926 West 4th Avenue.

Soft Peaks


A hand-crafted organic milk ice cream that is lower in calories and fat than most other types of ice cream. Flavours include: Salty Himalayan, Honeycomb Peak, Rocky Mountain and Mudslide. All ice creams are topped with your choice of syrup. Located at 25 Alexander Street.

720 Sweets


This unique nitrogen ice cream spot is out of this world. The flavours include: Honey 720 (honey drizzle and golden honeycomb), Milk’ee (crushed walnuts, caramel drizzle, espresso grass jelly and crunchy almond cookie) and The Classic (crushed Graham crackers, condensed milk, and a baked butter cookie). Located at 3278 West Broadway.



This new shop is using liquid nitrogen to create its amazing ice cream in a matter of seconds. Their flavours include: Pistachio, Mint Oreo, Black Sesame, Blueberry Crumble and more. They’re always testing out and adding in new flavours. Located at 320 Robson Street.
