Did we mention they also do ice cream tacos? They’re not hard to find, they have three central locations—UBC, 3382 Cambie Street and one at 1926 West 4th Avenue.

This popular joint often has a line up out the door, but it’s well worth the wait. They have a unique menu of gelato, including Black Sesame, Banana Bread, Earl Grey Tea and Matcha. Grab a scoop or cup at 1001 West Cordova Street.

Earnest Ice Cream

If you haven’t been here yet, can you even call yourself a Vancouverite? They have some awesome regular flavours (Espresso Flake, Whiskey Hazelnut), rotating flavours (Apple Pie, Carrot Cake) and vegan options (Strawberry Brownie, Toasted Coconut). They’re slowly taking over Vancouver with four locations. Check them out on the North Shore at 127 West 1st Street or their Vancouver locations: 1485 Frances Street, 3992 Fraser Street and 1829 Quebec Street.

Soft Peaks Ice Cream

We all scream for ice cream at this spot. They have an awesome selection of soft-serve: Honeycomb Peak, Salty Himalayan and Mudslide (just to name a few). They have a Gastown location at 25 Alexander Street. If you’re outside of Vancouver you can also grab a scoop in Metrotown at 4603 Kingsway.
