A recently-opened bubble tea joint in Vancouver is likely about to become your new favourite. Say hello to Baroness Bubble Tea.

The Taiwanese bubble tea brand is a big deal and is calling the space at 2790 West Broadway, home. The boutique shop has three locations in Taiwan, one in Hong Kong and more planned for Malaysia and Vietnam, so count us lucky to have in Vancouver.

What makes them so unique, is that they specialize in brown sugar pearl milk. The menu has a variety of different series, including brown sugar, oat milk, black tea, wintermelon and much more.

And of course, there’s a plethora of toppings to choose from, with aloe, pearl, pudding, grass jelly, coconut jelly and green bean.
