Spring Weather In B.C.

Before we get into Vancouver specifically, we’ll take a look at B.C. as a whole.

The Old Farmer’s Almanac notes that B.C. should expect a wetter-than-usual season, as well as some cooler-than-normal temperatures. Notably, southern B.C. will have slightly cooler-than-normal temperatures in April.

“Precipitation will be well above normal for the region with ongoing rainy periods,” notes the Old Farmer’s Almanac.

Vancouver April Forecast

The Old Farmer’s Almanac predicts that early April will potentially have snow showers in the north, with rain showers in the south. It’ll be a fairly cold time of the month, as well. Environment Canada says that while the temperature will be around 5°, it’ll feel more like 4° to 3°.

For the middle of April, it’ll be a mixture of sunny skies and cooler periods. Unsurprisingly, it will also be rainy, with the rainy periods happening during April 21-30.
