After a gloomy weekend, the sunshine is back in full swing and is expected to bring the heat to parts of Metro Vancouver on Wednesday, July 4.
According to Environment Canada, temperatures will float around 23°C, except inland where temperatures could feel as warm as 30°C outside.
Despite the heat, there will still be a mix of sun and cloud throughout the day with increasing cloudiness in the evening and a 30% chance of showers around midnight.
Looking at the week ahead, the region will receive a mix of sun and rain until Sunday.
