Brunch Near UBC

Only U Café

5357 Dalhousie Road
Only U Café is conveniently in the UBC village. It’s a great place to meet friends who live around campus. My favourite thing on their menu is the Mac & Cheese. Food arrives quickly too, so that’s a bonus! (Image via Bukko Boomeranger )

Professor and the Pigeon

3742 West 10th Avenue

Besides brunch, they also hold cooking classes (Macarons! Ganache!) Overall, they have lots of space and its a great option if you plan on getting some assignments done. (Image via professorandthepigeon)

Avocado Café

It sounds like all they serve is avocado, but they do have other things on the menu like lasagna and eggs benedict. Prices are very reasonable and topped with friendly staff. (Image via Rae B on Yelp)

Brunch at Nook’s Kits location means good pizza, which is something you can never go wrong with.

Waffle Gone Wild

Sollys Bagelry

Bagel’s aren’t “proper brunch” but Sollys deserves to be on this list for sure! Their meal deals are worth every penny. I recommend the lox and cream cheese sammie. (Image via sollysbagelry)
