A new dining experience has just opened at the Vancouver Art Gallery. The dining destination is the perfect addition to follow a stroll through the gallery.
1931 Gallery Bistro is suspended above the gallery’s lobby. It has a rotating seasonal menu with grab & go breakfast options, brunch, lunch, dinner and cocktails.

For brunch, they have waffles, duck confit & fennel quiche, bacon stone bread and eggs benedict (just to name a few). Pair any one of those delicious dishes with a mimosa, to step up your brunch game.
For lunch and dinner options—they have a charcuterie board for two, cheese fondue, braised short ribs and cauliflower steak. Save room for dessert though, they have chocolate mousse, creme brulee and roasted fig and apple galette on the menu.
Sip on a selection of red and white wines, craft beers and a wide variety of cocktails (including Negroni and Caesars).
Stop in the next chance you get—it’ll likely become your new favourite. (Other new restaurants you should check out include Artusi, an italian place in New West, and Seaside Provisions in North Vancouver.)
