According to Environment Canada, overnight temperatures in Vancouver are expected to dip to a freezing -6 on Monday.
Not to mention, daytime temperatures are expected to hover a little over freezing.

The extra cold weather brought temporarily snowfall to the lower mainland late Saturday night, with more potentially on the way this week.
According to the forecast, we’ll receive another snowfall between Wednesday and Saturday.
