Vancouver’s culinary scene is as hot as ever, and is picking up a lot of international attention.
Chef Hidekazu Tojo has given Vancouver innovative sushi and Japanese fare since the 1970’s when he moved here from Japan. He is known for offering creative sushi and omakase meals at his restaurant Tojo’s, on West Broadway and 12th Street. Chef Tojo doesn’t conform to tradition and believes in thinking outside the box.
