You need a minimum of four people to order the flamingo cocktail but it can serve up to six. It’s made up of: Absolut Elyx, coconut cream, lemon juice, rich simple syrup, vanilla tincture, saline, Peychauds bitters and soda bubbles.

The lounge also has some good pub grub including street nachos, Caribbean jerk wings, a chili-braised brisket pizza and a selection of gourmet hot dogs.
