The Donald’s ‘Trump Tower Vancouver’ has finalized partnerships with Rolls-Royce Motor Cars and London Air Services Vancouver that will offer residents of the development access to a chauffeured Rolls-Royce and an allotment of private jet hours.

As the first airline to partner with a residential development to offer this amenity in Vancouver, London Air Services will provide the service of their Bombardier Learjet 75 to Trump Tower Vancouver residents. Purchasers will receive a number of flight hours based on the purchase price of each unit. In addition, hotel guests and residential suite owners will share a chauffeur-driven Rolls-Royce Ghost model with customized Trump Tower Vancouver details that will transport residents and guests within the downtown core and to major travel hubs such as Vancouver International Airport.

As the city’s first Trump development, Trump International Hotel & Tower Vancouver will be located on Georgia Street in Downtown Vancouver’s Coal Harbour. With no two views exactly alike, the twisting tower will stand at 616 feet (63 storeys), becoming a new icon for Vancouver’s skyline.
The premium $360-million Arthur Erickson-designed world-class hotel and residence will feature 147 guest rooms, signature restaurant, The Mar-a-Lago Spa by Ivanka Trump, and 15,000 square feet of meeting and event space. It will also be home to a lobby champagne bar and pool bar nightclub, both firsts for Vancouver. Above the hotel will be 218 stylish residences, offering residents spectacular views of the North Shore and beyond.
Sales for the residential suites will begin in October 2013 with project completion expected in summer 2016.
