U2 kicked off their iNNOCENCE + eXPERIENCE world tour in Vancouver last night performing the first of two shows scheduled at Rogers Arena.
During the band’s finale performance of “I Still Haven’t Found What I’m Looking For”, The Edge literally fell off the edge of the stage. Ironically, the tour was initially delayed after Bono suffered injuries from a bicycle related accident early of 2015.
Edge’s fall into the crowd went unnoticed by Bono, who continued singing while other members of the team rushed to help the Edge.
Fortunately, The Edge only had a bruise and later joked about the fall on social media.
It’s important to note that this was U2’s first indoor performance in a decade.
