Andddddd we’re open!! It’s been 2 plus years in the making and here we go! We are now officially open 7 days a week, from 4pm-11pm. We are so happy to be in Mt. Pleasant, Vancouver, the response so far has been amazing. Vermut on tap, sherry on tap, conservas, octopus, tortillas, G&Ts, and all the 🇪🇸 goodies are flying 💥💥💥 thanks to our opening teams @stemariedesign @glasfurdwalker @harmonypacificprojects Vamos!! And to our restaurant team, we have some of the best in the biz, so happy!
Step into this bright and airy space serving Vermut and Cherry on tap, as well as a wide variety of tapas. They include the likes of: anchovie-stuffed olives, goat cheese stuffed peppers, marcona almonds, gilda, fois gras and much more.
You can also dig into some specialty meat balls with apple and pine nuts, creamy and crispy croquetas and an octopus dish with potatoes and aioli.
