Highway 17 between 128th and 117 Avenue was completely closed, but has since reopened partially. Eastbound has re-opened from Bridgeview Drive, while westbound traffic is blocked at 104th to all vehicles.
Reports came out that said neighbours heard multiple explosions occur. They even say they saw small propane tanks fly across the sky and over the highway.
