
Just before midnight on Monday January 20th, a member of the 604 Now team witnessed a submarine surfacing out of the blue in the Queensborough waters (to the right of the New Westminster Quay). The submarine remained surfaced until 2am and then quietly submerged back into the waters.

You can see the submarine in the center right of the image above. Based on the image it’s difficult to make out the submarine class, but it’s clear it’s a fairly large one.
No official word yet on what the submarine was exactly up to – but it’s definitely a random place for it to be.
