Hao’s Lamb restaurant in Richmond has replaced its once-popular robotic servers with human staff members.
The establishment expressed that the robots had become a hassle and had lost their previous appeal as an attraction.
They introduced the two robot servers in 2021, but after just a year, they chose to phase them out, stating that the robots were inconvenient and frequently got stuck, often colliding with customers and staff.
