Why Visit Orlando?
Florida is a fantastic destination for a myriad reasons. Not only is it a hot, beautiful escape from the daily grind, but it is also home to more attractions than virtually anywhere in the USA. Walt Disney World is the primary attraction, of course, and it is the size of a city itself. At 40 square miles, the park is so huge that it is impossible to see in a day or even two.
In addition to Walt Disney World, there are endless other amusement parks and attractions to see in sunny Orlando. There is Universal Island Resort, Universal’s Islands of Adventure, SeaWorld Orlando and many more.
Travel Tip: If you plan on heading to Orlando but are interested in visiting Miami, Fort Lauderdale, or Tampa, please keep in mind that planning your travel ahead of time is key. If you plan on visiting Walt Disney World it will take days, even a week, to see the park in its entirety. Shuttles around Florida are relatively inexpensive, but preplanning with allow you to save time and money on transportation, hotels, and activities.
