Soak up Summer by taking a dip in one of the North Shore’s best swimming holes. Beat the heat after a grueling hike and go for a refreshing swim in Lynn Canyon’s 30 Foot Pool.

You can find this gem along the trail leading to Pipe Bridge. The bridge eventually crosses the canyon and goes to the top of Lynn Valley Road. It’s a great cardio workout with a long climb up a wooden stairwell.

But once you reach the top you’ll get views of the 30 Foot Pool that can’t be beat.

The ice cold stretch of clear water nestled amongst the lush trees is the perfect place to spend a Summer afternoon.

With that being said, the area is extremely dangerous for jumping. In fact, there are multiple signs marking the deaths of people who perished for jumping off the area’s rock. As such, people who do jump are risking their lives.

Lynn Canyon is a wondrous place to spend time in nature with a plethora of hiking trails, cascading waterfalls and calming scenery.
