Honey Salt’s New Apres Ski Menu Features Cheese Fondue and Hot Cocktails

Warm up after a day on the slopes by indulging in this Vancouver eatery’s Apres Ski menu, featuring both cheese and chocolate fondue and hot cocktails.

Honey Salt recently unveiled the offering and it’s quickly becoming a popular spot for ski bunnies to visit after a day shredding the mountains.

The menu is only available on Saturdays and Sundays from 3 p.m. to close. It features the following:

Cheese Fondue ($30 per person)

Gruyere & Emmental cheese, white wine, garlic with roasted bread, fruits, and crudité vegetables paired with Chateau Ste. Michelle Riesling.

French Onion Soup ($13)

Sweet onion, sourdough crouton, Swiss & Parmesan cheese blend.

Poutine ($15)

Curds & Raclette cheese, crispy fries, smoked bacon and brown gravy.

Ham and Cheese ($16)

Air cured pork loin, toasted baguette, garlic, herbs and melted Raclette cheese.

Dark Chocolate Fondue ($19)

Shortbread cookies, housemade marshmallows and fresh fruits.

They also have a selection of warm cocktails, including their Alpine Punch (St. Remy Signature, Grand Marnier, orange hot black tea, spices) and Ginger Apple Cider (St. Remy Signature, ginger & spice infused apple cider).

Of course, there’s also champagne and wine options to choose from as well.
