The Westin Bayshore, Vancouver is inviting hotel guests, visiting fans, locals, families, and groups to celebrate the summer’s biggest global soccer event with the launch of the Westin Bay’Score Fan Experience, a vibrant waterfront destination featuring immersive match viewing on the hotel’s LED Infinity Wall, interactive soccer-inspired activities, elevated stadium-style food and beverage offerings, tournament-inspired décor, and thoughtfully designed room packages.
The Westin Bay’Score Fan Experience
Taking over the hotel’s Bayshore Grand Ballroom, the Westin Bay’Score Fan Experience will bring tournament energy to life in a dynamic setting inspired by a “Canada House” concept. With a red-and-white design palette, immersive lighting, comfortable seating zones, and a lively beer garden-meets-summer patio atmosphere, the activation offers fans a welcoming alternative to crowded public viewing spaces and traditional sports bars.
At the centre of the experience is the Bayshore Grand Ballroom’s LED Infinity Wall – the largest LED screen in a hotel ballroom in North America – which creates an elevated and immersive viewing environment for fans to gather, cheer, dine, and take in the matches just steps from Vancouver’s waterfront.
The Westin Bay’Score Fan Experience will debut its programming schedule from 11:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. daily from June 15–18, before returning June 27–July 15, with a final activation on July 19. Operating hours may vary based on match schedules and anticipated guest demand. Daily hours and programming details will be announced closer to each activation period.
Even More Fun
Beyond match viewing, guests can take part in interactive games within the Westin Bay’Score Fan Experience, including Can You Kick It?, a virtual soccer experience where guests can test the speed and power of their shot. Additional activities include bubble soccer during non-broadcast times, fan games, and a dedicated kids’ play area. Game tickets for activities within the Westin Bay’Score Fan Experience will also be available for purchase in $10 packages for three plays.
The Westin Bay’Score Fan Experience will also feature an elevated stadium-inspired menu with global flavours, familiar fan favourites, curated combos, and both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage options. Guests looking to plan ahead can take advantage of value-added food, beverage, and game play combos available for pre-sale, offering a seamless way to enjoy match-day favourites and interactive activities. Access to the Westin Bay’Score Fan Experience will be complimentary with a food and beverage purchase. Seating will be available on a first-come, first-served basis, with a three-hour seating limit. A minimum food and beverage spend of $30 per person during each three-hour seating period will apply.
Group Experiences
Group booking opportunities for the Westin Bay’Score Fan Experience will also be available, including the VIP Pitch Experience for groups of 20 to 50 guests and the Mini Fan Pod Experience for groups of up to 20 guests.
Both options include a reserved section, food, drinks, game vouchers, and a 3-hour experience, offering groups an easy way to gather, celebrate, and enjoy the tournament atmosphere together. Group package details are available here.
