As summer shifts into fall, the pumpkin fields at Taves Family Farms are awakening once again to greet you and your family at their signature Magic of Fall experience from September 12 through October 31. Perfect for photo-ops, memory-making, and endless autumn fun, Magic of Fall brings about a wonderland that you can only find in Abbotsford.
This year, you can expect returning attractions as well as new ones, including Autumn’s Avenue, a beautiful passage draped in foliage and lit with vintage chandeliers. Whether you’re there for the pumpkin patch or the farm games, Taves Family Farms knows how to make fall a magical time.
Magic of Fall at Taves Family Farms
Magic of Fall is something everyone in Metro Vancouver has to experience at least once. It’s more than just a pumpkin patch, offering over 30 acres of exciting and beautiful autumn entertainment that’s perfect for families, friends, and couples to enjoy this season.
The farm includes gorgeous photo-ops, a 150-foot slide, corn mazes, hayrides, massive jumping pillows, playgrounds, adorable farm animals, and seasonal treats that will sate any pumpkin spice craving you have.
“Opening the gates for another season is always a deep, soul-touching experience. What started 36 years ago as a small family dream, when we first owned our farm to the community, has grown into something we never could have imagined,” said Loren Taves, co-owner of Taves Farms. “Over the years, the land has been shaped by our family, but also by all the visitors who have made the farm part of their own traditions.”
No matter if it’s your first, second, or tenth time visiting Taves Family Farms, Magic of Fall brings endless wonder for everyone each year. This year’s highlights include some new features, as well as plenty of classic attractions that the community has come to know and love.
Highlights at the Farm
- (NEW) Autumn’s Avenue: Perfect for photo-ops in a passage decorated with foliage and illuminated with chandeliers.
- Most Magical Pumpkin Patch: A pumpkin patch with meandering pathways, a princess carriage, mythical faces carved into trees, and even vibrant apple u-pick orchards.
- Mystical Meadow: Features an all-new 150-foot slide, three corn mazes, hayrides, massive jumping pillows, pedal karts, playgrounds, and super cute farm animals. Say hello to the alpacas, goats, a miniature horse, and more!
- Seasonal treats: Try all sorts of fall foods and drinks, including roasted corn and pumpkin spiced lattes; and if you’re looking for something stronger, Taves Estate Cidery offers seasonal pumpkin and apple ciders, cocktails, and mocktails. There’s even food trucks available on select dates!
Ticket Information
Tickets are now available for Magic of Fall at Taves Family Farms! All you need to do is visit the Farm’s ticket page and select which date you’d like to visit. Prices start at $24.70 per person for a weekday visit, and weekend passes start at $27.70 per person.
