Nikkei Matsuri, the authentic Japanese culture festival, returns to Burnaby this Labor Day Weekend, Saturday, August 30 & Sunday, August 31, from 11:00am to 7:00pm daily. Join us as we celebrate a special milestone: the Nikkei National Museum & Cultural Centre’s 25th anniversary!
Get ready to dive into a vibrant experience that brings Japan to Metro Vancouver:
- Witness Unique Traditions: Experience the energetic Mikoshi procession and join in the Bon Odori dance around the festival’s Yagura tower. Want to dress the part? Yukata (summer kimono) rentals will be available!
