Debuting this fall is Metro-Con, Burnaby’s newest fan convention! Bringing together celebrity guests, cosplay, panels, and gaming, this convention is shaping up to be fantastic for folks of all fandoms.
METRO-CON 2025
Metro-Con will have all the workings of your favourite fan conventions, including tons of panels, celebrity guests, and an artist alley for you to pursue and shop from all day. But the crown jewel of the event will be the Cosplay Contest!
Everyone is welcome to enter regardless of experience, and will be placed into their appropriate division. But whether you’re a novice, journeyman, or a master, you’re guaranteed to have a great time strutting your amazing cosplay on the main stage. And if you’re in the crowd, you’ll get the chance to see some fantastic creations from fellow fans.
You can also expect a celebration after dark, Celebrity Karaoke, Tap Takeover, and a Wrap Party to celebrate the end of the con.
