Getting bored of all your usual dessert spots? Then look no further. One Vancouver ice cream shop is offering a boba-inspired dessert you have to see to believe.
Elephant Garden Creamery has a Salted Cheese Boba Tea Toast.
The dessert has a scoop of your choice of HK Milk Tea or Houjicha Cheese Tea ice cream. It’s served with warm and chewy brown sugar boba and a salted cheese foam made from scratch over a slice of toasted maple cream loaf.

If you thought that is decadent enough, there’s more. On top of all that is a condensed milk and brown sugar drizzle, fresh whipping cream (obviously) and crushed Rich Tea biscuits.
They also have a s’mores version for chocolate lovers. The Malted Milk Choco S’mores Toast has a scoop of malted milk chocolate ice cream topped with torched Italian meringue over a toasted slice of maple cream loaf.
They top it off with a caramel drizzle, dollops of dark chocolate made from scratch, fresh whipping cream and crushed graham crackers.
